Haryana, May 9 (HBTV): Self-styled godman Baba Billu Ram, also called Jalebi Baba, who was convicted for raping over 120 women and was lodged in Haryana's Hisar Central jail-1 after being sentenced to 14 years, died on Thursday, reportedly after a heart attack.    

According to reports, he was rushed to a hospital on Tuesday night after complaining of discomfort. However, he was declared brought-dead by the doctor.           

Ram alias Amarpuri was lodged in a jail in Hisar after his conviction in January 2023. He was convicted of raping three of his disciples including a minor and making videos of the act. Over 100 women were reportedly drugged and raped by him.
